Neuropsychology Specialists, LLC is dedicated to providing streamlined care that includes an online HIPAA compliant portal entitled Therapy Notes. This allows families to access their child’s or their own medical records, necessary paperwork, and upcoming appointments. Once you have scheduled your initial appointments with our office, you will receive an email containing a link to create your portal account with Therapy Notes. Kindly create your account within seven days of receiving the notification. You will then have 24-hour access to your account.
